It felt like a student film, or worse yet, like a bunch of friends were bored and said, I know. Let"s make a movie! It tries to be cute, clever, and touching, but ends up being silly and dull. So if you"re looking for content to binge, this is a pleasant diversion. A notch above usual Hallmark fare - mainly because of the deliberate cursing I think - and a somewhat cringe worthy predictable ending, it nevertheless has nice acting from Mss. Luddington & Bernard, although the "lesbian" subplot was pretty silly. Oh well. You also may ponder why healers & alien abductions only occur in small towns. But stop the thinking, and you"ll enjoy the show.

I did not know what to expect, but this movie had me roght from the start. Excellent story, great writing, great cast, great acting, interesting locations, it had me crying and laughing. What more do you want. I wanted to give this movie a shot and I had heard of it before. I really wasn"t expecting what I received. This movie is feel good and there are parts where you laugh and you"re extremely happy. The acting was really good and you grow very close to the characters and feel sympathetic towards them. If you"re in the mood for a feel-good movie, you should watch it! 90% a solid A.

The first 5 minutes were enough to tell me that this was going to be a truly awful Netflix movie. The acting and script in the 1st scene was laugh out loud bad. I didn"t stick around much longer after that. Don"t even waste 5 minutes on it.
